Project Manager
Job objective
Responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of a project.
Core responsibilities:
-
- Plan and implement overall site organization and resources.
- To set project’s target and in alignment to company’s objective or goals.
- Plan and monitor preliminary cost budget to ensure project cost within approved budget.
- To ensure the quality delivery of the project by meeting client’s expectation and satisfying regulatory compliances.
Job Specifications:
-
- Bachelor’s Degree Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of Civil Engineering experience in related fields.
- A proactive and resourceful individual who possess good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Must possess Class 3 driving license.
- Good communication and analytical skills, able to interact with people of all levels.
Project Engineer
Job objective
Overall implementation & completion of construction projects within schedule cost, time & quality.
Core responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in oversee the project, planning & ensure work is carried according to master program.
- Assist in managing the work activities for the group of Sub-Contractors, supervisor and workers.
- Manpower planning for the jobs in accordance to the budgeted man-hours provided by Project Manager.
- Track and report daily work progress to Project Manager.
- Ensure that all legal requirements under the Singapore laws are complied with.
- Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Any other assigned duties and responsibilities from time to time.
Job Specifications:
